Seeking an Area Customer Service Coordinator to support daily operations, service delivery, implementations, and account coverage across multiple customer locations throughout Connecticut. This role provides operational support in mailroom services, print production, reception, and administrative functions while traveling between sites as needed. Work environments may include legal, insurance, hospital (non-patient areas), and manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations for contracted services at multiple customer locations within an assigned geographic area.

  • Provide mailroom, print production, reception, and general office support based on site requirements.

  • Cover locations for vacations, absences, training, implementations, and other operational needs.

  • Assist with process improvements, procedural testing, validation, and compliance with operational best practices.

  • Support implementation of new customer accounts and service expansions.

  • Assist with onboarding and cross-training team members.

  • Help develop, maintain, and review Site Procedure Guides for accuracy and compliance.

  • Perform routine visual inspections to ensure service quality, safety, and compliance standards are met.

  • Create and maintain a customer-focused environment while ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Gather end-user feedback and provide recommendations to improve customer experience.

  • Escalate customer concerns and support issue resolution through completion.

  • Communicate effectively with customers, end users, and internal teams.

  • Collect operational data and assist with reporting and Monthly Operations Reviews.

  • Travel between customer locations and provide coverage as business needs require.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma and at least 12 months of related work experience required; post-secondary education preferred.

  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to maintain required auto insurance coverage.

  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently between sites, including same-day location changes and coverage within a 40 50 mile radius.

  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office, file management, and navigating network folders.

  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.

  • Ability to troubleshoot issues, resolve customer concerns, and make sound decisions.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Ability to adapt to changing environments, schedules, and job duties.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

  • Basic math skills required.

  • Ability to accurately complete and submit expense reports.

  • Previous mailroom experience is helpful but not required.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand and walk for extended periods, and perform bending, reaching, stretching, and similar physical activities.

  • Comfortable working in office and warehouse environments with varying customer settings.

  • Ability to push or pull equipment on wheels when required.

  • Schedule flexibility required; hours may vary by location, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends.
