    Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-Hour Lunch)

    A prestigious Houston law firm is seeking a dependable and professional Mailroom & Office Services Associate to support the daily operations of its office. This role is ideal for an individual who takes pride in being reliable, organized, service-oriented, and willing to learn. The Mailroom & Office Services Associate will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing mail, supporting document management processes, and providing reception coverage as needed. The ideal candidate will possess strong professionalism, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced legal environment.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
    • Coordinate deliveries and ensure timely distribution of correspondence and legal documents throughout the office.
    • Scan, upload, organize, and maintain electronic documents and files.
    • Utilize file-sharing and document management platforms, including Dropbox and other office technologies.
    • Assist with administrative and office support projects as assigned.
    • Maintain organization and efficiency within the mailroom and office services areas.
    • Provide receptionist coverage during lunch periods and other scheduled absences.
    • Professionally greet and assist clients, visitors, vendors, and guests.
    • Answer and direct incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
    • Support attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff with general office services needs.
    • Maintain confidentiality when handling legal and client-related information.

    Qualifications
    • Previous experience in a mailroom, office services, administrative support, receptionist, or professional services environment preferred.
    • Law firm experience is a plus but not required.
    • Strong reliability, punctuality, and commitment to attendance.
    • Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a client-facing legal environment.
    • Comfortable learning and utilizing technology, including Dropbox and other document management systems.
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Demonstrated work ethic and willingness to learn.
