About the Role:

As a CBRE Mail Services Supervisor - Swing Shift, you will be responsible for supporting the collection, transportation, and processing of PC recycle and electronic waste materials across the Microsoft Puget Sound campus.

This job is part of the Office Operations function. They are responsible for providing operational support services that help maintain workplace efficiency, sustainability initiatives, and customer service excellence.

What You'll Do:

  • Operate a 26-foot box truck to transport PC recycle and electronic waste materials across campus locations.
  • Perform scheduled and on-demand pickups of computers, monitors, server equipment, and other electronic peripherals.
  • Load, unload, organize, and stage materials for recycling and disposal.
  • Build and maintain pallets of equipment while ensuring proper handling and inventory organization.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers requesting PC recycle services.
  • Support campus sustainability and recycling programs by ensuring materials are collected and processed according to established procedures.
  • Conduct routine vehicle, equipment, and safety inspections.
  • Maintain records related to pickups, deliveries, and recycling activities.
  • Follow all safety procedures and report hazards, incidents, or equipment concerns.
  • Resolve operational issues and respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure personal outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

What You'll Need:

  • High School Diploma or GED with 1+ years of job-related experience.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Experience driving box trucks, delivery vehicles, or similar equipment preferred.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in a highly physical role with frequent walking, loading, unloading, and material handling.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple requests and priorities.
  • Basic knowledge of logistics, transportation, recycling, warehouse, or inventory processes preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Mail Services Supervisor position is $64,000 annually [or $30.77 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Mail Services Supervisor position is $65,208 annually [or $31.35 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
