Mail Production Specialist
A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Mail Production Specialist in Farmington, MO!
This is a great opportunity to join a well-established healthcare organization in a fast-paced, production-based environment supporting enterprise claims mail operations. The position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, comfortable with repetitive production work, and able to meet accuracy and productivity expectations.
Compensation
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM CST
Hours: 40 hours/week
Overtime: Mandatory overtime may be required, with up to 8 hours of OT per week based on mail volume
Location: On-site in Farmington, MO

Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Open, sort, and prepare incoming correspondence.
- Scan incoming paper documents into the appropriate systems.
- Record specified incoming documents accurately.
- File imaged claims, appeals, adjustments, and other correspondence appropriately.
- Generate and mail correspondence related to submission errors.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and processing documentation.
- Meet established production and quality standards.
- Assist team members in other areas as business needs require.
- Maintain accuracy while working in a high-volume production environment.
Qualifications
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 3 months–1 year of production-related experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-based environment.
- Ability to meet established productivity and quality standards.
- Ability to lift totes weighing approximately 35–40 pounds.
- Ability to work on-site in Farmington, MO.
- Willingness to work mandatory overtime when required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous production, warehouse, mailroom, document-processing, or administrative experience.
- Experience with sorting, scanning, filing, or processing high volumes of documents.
- Healthcare, claims, or records-processing experience.
