This position is full-time, Monday- Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00 am- 3:30 pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime and weekends based on business need.

We offer weeks of paid training. The hours during training will be 7:00 am to 3:30 pm CST, Monday- Friday. Training will be conducted onsite.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage the flow of incoming mail by sorting, opening, reviewing, scanning, and ensuring timely delivery to the appropriate business units.
  • Prepare and process outgoing mail by calculating, applying, and verifying postage for accurate and efficient distribution.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of postage usage, registered mail, and package tracking to support operational accuracy.
  • Take on a variety of responsibilities within the mail clerk role, contributing to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Must be 18 years of age OR older
  • Basic experience with computer and Windows personal computer applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications
  • Must be comfortable with the physical demands of the role, including frequent lifting, carrying, walking, standing, bending, and reaching
  • Ability to work onsite at 115 W Wausau Ave, Wausau, WI 54401

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Accurate data entry and keyboarding skills with an exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience maintaining organized filing systems and managing records efficiently

Soft Skills:

  • Ability to produce high quality work while meeting productivity expectations
  • Ability to be a team player
  • Proactive, self - motivated, detailed oriented, and work with minimal supervision or support
  • Effective time management skills to effectively plan, organize, set priorities, meet deadlines, and handle multiple work assignments
  • Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize caseload based on business needs as well as ability and willingness to accept and work in a new and changing environment
  • Oral and written communication skills

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 to $25.00 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
