Description
The Made-to-Order Team Member is responsible for preparing high-quality sandwiches and menu items with precision, speed, and consistency. This role prioritizes food safety, organization, efficiency, and cleanliness to ensure every product meets brand standards while supporting a smooth and fast kitchen operation.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Maintain professional attitude and appearance at all times
Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED and one to three years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Previous food service or kitchen experience preferred (but not required)
Must be at least 18 years old to safely operate bakery machinery
Physical Requirements
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The key physical requirements of this position include the ability to walk and stand for an extended period of time, bending, stooping, and able to lift up to 25 pounds.
Position Type & Expected Hours of Work
This is a regular, part-time, non-exempt position. Days and hours will vary to include morning, evening, and weekend work according to business needs.
