Job Title: Machinist
Location: The Woodlands, TX
Pay Rate: $20-24 Depending on experience

Interview Sessions
To accommodate candidate flow, interviews will be conducted during two sessions:
- 9:00 AM CST or
- 2:00 PM CST
Summary:
- 6:00am to 4:00pm Monday - Friday (OT on weekends as needed)
- Can work up to 12 hours per day as needed
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC lathes, mills, and other machining equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
- Program, edit, and troubleshoot CNC machine programs as needed.
- Select and install appropriate tooling, fixtures, and machine attachments.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using precision measuring instruments.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and report equipment issues.
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineers, quality personnel, and production teams to meet manufacturing goals.
