ResourceMFG is seeking a skilled Machinist for a well-established manufacturing company in Mars, PA. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced machining professional looking for competitive pay, a steady weekday schedule, and the chance to work with a variety of manual and Computer Numerical Control (CNC) equipment.
Location: Mars, PA
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Day Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Requirements
- Set up and operate manual, Computer Numerical Control (CNC), and computerized machine shop equipment.
- Machine ferrous and non-ferrous metals, alloys, plastics, and synthetic materials.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings.
- Perform machining calculations involving dimensions, speeds, feeds, tooling, and tolerances.
- Use precision measuring instruments to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Select appropriate tooling and machining methods to maximize efficiency.
- Operate lathes, mills, grinders, punch presses, power brakes, and other machine shop equipment.
- Fabricate and modify complex parts to precise specifications.
- Inspect, calibrate, and rework components and assemblies as needed.
- Recommend process improvements to support manufacturing efficiency.
- Fabricate sheet metal, tubing, and extruded materials.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2-4 years of machining, tool and die, or related manufacturing experience.
- Strong knowledge of measuring devices, gauges, and cutting tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Basic math skills and strong mechanical aptitude.
