    Position Title: Machinist

    Department: Machine Shop

    Location: Fenton, MO

    Reports To: Production Supervisor - Machine Shop

    Classification: Hourly - Non-Exempt

    Schedule: Weekend Shift: 5am-5pm Friday-Sunday

    We''re looking for an experienced CNC Machinist with Hydromat experience to join our weekend shift. This role is ideal for a machinist who understands the unique setup, operation, tooling, and troubleshooting requirements of Hydromat rotary transfer machines and takes pride in producing high-quality precision components.

    If you have hands-on Hydromat experience and enjoy troubleshooting machining challenges, working with precision equipment, and keeping complex production equipment running efficiently, we''d love to meet you.

    What We''re Looking For

    We''re looking for an experienced machinist who can bring strong CNC skills along with hands-on Hydromat experience to our Machine Shop.

    Required Qualifications

    • Previous hands-on Hydromat machining experience
    • 3+ years of machining, setup, or related CNC experience
    • Experience setting up, operating, adjusting, and troubleshooting machining equipment
    • Strong blueprint reading skills
    • Working knowledge of G-Code and M-Code
    • Experience setting and adjusting tooling, offsets, speeds, and feeds
    • Experience using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges
    • Ability to identify and troubleshoot tooling, machining, and quality issues
    • Strong mechanical aptitude
    • Ability to work independently while maintaining exceptional quality standards

    Preferred Experience

    • Hydromat setup and changeover experience
    • Experience troubleshooting Hydromat tooling, stations, and machining processes
    • Experience making tooling adjustments to maintain part quality and production efficiency
    • Experience with high-volume precision machining
    • Experience with additional CNC equipment, including Haas, Ganesh, Index, Okuma, or Citizen
    • Minor program editing and process optimization
    • Mentoring or training other machinists
    • Continuous improvement mindset with strong attention to detail
