Starting Rate: From $16.61/hr (commensurate with prior work history and education).
Rapid Advancement: Successful completion of our 60-day foundational program puts you on the fast track to becoming a Top Rate Machinist, earning $28+/hr.

Shift Requirements:
Rotating Shift Schedule: Candidates must be available and willing to work a rotating shift pattern. This schedule is vital for maintaining our global production demands and offers exposure to all facets of our manufacturing operations.
Key Skills You Will Master:
Technical Blueprint Interpretation: Translating complex 2D schematics into precision-engineered parts.
Precision Metrology: Utilizing dial calipers to achieve exact tolerances within 0.001”.
Advanced Machine Operations: Safe and efficient operation of CNC lathes, mills, and grinding equipment.
Candidate Requirements:
Foundational Skills: Knowledge of Basic Mechanical drawings, reading Dials and Scales
Professionalism: Excellent communication skills, reliable work habits, and a "safety-first" mindset.
Preferred: Foundational skills in blueprint interpretation and caliper measurement are preferred; however, we offer comprehensive training for motivated candidates..
