- Set up and operate machine tools.
- Perform daily operator maintenance on machine tools.
- Perform housekeeping of general work area.
- Be an active participant in the company's suggestion, quality, efficiency and cost-saving programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical degree preferred.
- Experience: Two years of machining experience is preferred, and experience with CNC is also preferred.
- Skills and Key Attributes: Strong organizational and mathematical skills are required. Knowledge and experience in programming, tuning, and milling are essential. Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work in a team environment are also necessary.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Ability to stand on feet and move around for up to 8-12 hours per day.

In this role, you'll use blueprints, routings, and work instructions to set up and produce high-quality components on a variety of machine tools, including machining centers, lathes, mills, grinders, keyseaters, and drills. Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 4:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m.
