At International, we're looking for a highly skilled Machining Manufacturing Technical Liaison to serve as the critical connection between Production, Engineering, and Maintenance on our night shift team. If you're energized by solving complex manufacturing challenges and making a visible impact every day, this role offers the opportunity to do exactly that.

Responsibilities:
Serve as the technical liaison between Production, Engineering, and Maintenance to quickly identify, troubleshoot, and resolve machining and manufacturing issues.
Lead root cause investigations, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement efforts that improve safety, quality, productivity, and equipment performance.
Monitor production operations, respond to line calls, and coordinate resources to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.
Support equipment startup activities, identify risks, and partner with Maintenance to ensure operational readiness.
Collaborate with Engineering on process improvements, manufacturing changes, and new product introductions.
Track production performance, communicate issues and countermeasures through Real Time Management (RTM) processes, and ensure effective cross-functional communication.
Verify product, process, and quality requirements are met through routine inspections and adherence to standard work.
Support deviation management, containment activities, and action plan execution to maintain quality and operational performance.
Mentor and develop team members while promoting a culture of accountability, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
Champion safety, 5S, environmental compliance, and operational excellence across the manufacturing floor.
Why You'll Thrive in This Role
If you're a technically minded manufacturing professional who enjoys troubleshooting, driving improvements, and leading from the floor, this is your opportunity to make a measurable difference every shift.
