Machining General Labor
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our metal fabrication team in Alliance, OH. This is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in working with metals and contributing to a busy production environment.

Hours
2nd Shift: 4:02 PM 1:00 AM, Monday through Friday
Pay
$19.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
Operate machinery to cut metal materials (aluminum, copper, steel, etc.) to specified lengths
Use punching machines to create holes or shapes according to production specifications
Measure and inspect materials to ensure accuracy and quality
Load and unload raw materials and finished products
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety protocols and always wear appropriate PPE
Assist with other general labor tasks as needed in the shop
Minimum Requirements
Reliable and hardworking attitude
Ability to work safely and follow safety protocols
Basic understanding of shop environment and metal fabrication processes
Nice to Have Skills
Mechanical aptitude or prior experience with manufacturing equipment
Familiarity with measuring tools and quality inspection
Preferred Education and Experience
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior general labor or manufacturing experience a plus
Other Requirements
Must be able to work on-site in Alliance, Ohio
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
PPE must be worn at all times in the shop
