Lead the Nightly Rhythm of Precision Machining
Picture your evening: it’s 7:00 p.m. and the team gathers around you. You kick off a focused safety talk, align the crew on priorities, check that tooling and raw materials are in place, and coordinate with maintenance and engineering so machines are ready to run. Throughout the night, you coach operators, verify part quality, keep production moving, and make sure every job is done safely, efficiently, and to spec. By 5:00 a.m., you’ve helped deliver a clean handoff into the next day—safely, on schedule, and with pride.
