You don’t need prior welding experience — just curiosity, a willingness to learn, and pride in doing precise, high-quality work. As part of our fabrication team, you’ll be trained to use state-of-the-art orbital welding technology to create clean, consistent welds that power industries like data center cooling. This is a hands-on, high-skill trade with great long-term career potential. Job Duties • Learn to set up and operate orbital welding equipment used for precision stainless steel fabrication. • Assist with inspection and quality checks to ensure welds meet company and industry standards. • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area. • Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and teammates to complete projects efficiently. • Document work accurately, including materials used and weld inspection results • Support troubleshooting and improvement of welding setups as skills develop. • Participate in continuous training to grow your knowledge and technical ability. • Perform other duties as assigned to support fabrication and production goals. Qualifications • No prior welding experience required — we will train the right candidate. • High attention to detail and ability to work with precision tools and measurements. • Strong teamwork and communication skills. • Mechanical aptitude or interest in hands-on technical work. • Ability to read and follow written procedures and technical drawings (training provided). • Dependable, punctual, and committed to safety and quality. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. • Basic math skills preferred. Preferred (but not required) • Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or mechanical trades. • Familiarity with tools, blueprints, or automated equipment.
