    We are looking for a Machine Technician to join our production team and play an important role in keeping our equipment, products, and processes running at a high level.

    This position is Monday-Friday, 3:30 p.m. to midnight.

    What You'll Do

    As a Machine Technician, you'll have a hands-on role supporting both equipment and production. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Perform preventative maintenance on assigned equipment and help keep machinery operating reliably.
    • Work with small components and manually insert components into printed circuit boards.
    • Assemble and test finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
    • Package completed products according to established instructions.
    • Read and follow prints, drawings, samples, Bills of Materials, and written work instructions.
    • Accurately complete production, quality, and maintenance documentation.
    • Follow established safety procedures and help maintain a safe, clean work environment.
    • Meet production goals while maintaining our quality standards.
    • Use error-proofing procedures and look for opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and shorten cycle times.
    • Follow company policies and Data Classification Standards

    What We're Looking For

    We're looking for someone who is dependable, willing to learn, takes pride in their work, and is committed to doing things the right way.

    Ideal candidates will have:

    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
    • Good hand-eye coordination and the ability to work comfortably with small components.
    • Strong attention to detail and pride in neat, accurate work.
    • Ability to read and follow written procedures and work instructions.
    • Ability to accurately record production activity and observations.
    • Basic computer skills.
    • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
    • Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a positive work attitude.
    • Ability to work cooperatively with coworkers across the organization.
