Machine Shop Supervisor

Personnel Resources is seeking a Direct Hire Electrical Technician to support a manufacturing team. This role involves building, wiring, and troubleshooting low-voltage electrical panels for production and R&D, with occasional travel for installation, startup, and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and wire electrical panels from drawings and schematics
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and components
• Coordinate with engineering and production teams
• Assist with machine startup and ensure proper operation
• Support R&D fabrication, testing, and equipment setup

Qualifications:

• Experience with panel assembly and electrical diagrams
• Knowledge of low-voltage AC/DC systems and troubleshooting
• Basic fabrication and computer skills
• Willingness to learn, travel, and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Electrical/mechanical certifications
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, sensors, and related equipment
• Experience operating heavy equipment
