This position offers a 1st shift Monday- Friday schedule
Requirements:
- 5 years CNC Machinist Experience Required to include programming
- Ability to run manual lathes and mills
- Knowledge of tooling and measuring instruments
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Supervise shop personnel and production flow
- Adjust schedules to meet deadlines
- Maintain safety and organization
- Set up/program Mazak CNC lathes; support tooling and fixtures
- Perform quality checks using precision tools
- Troubleshoot issues and minimize downtime
