We are seeking a dynamic CNC Machine Shop Supervisor to lead our manufacturing operations with energy and precision. In this role, you will oversee daily CNCmachine shop activities, ensuring production efficiency, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimize manufacturing processes, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers your team to excel.
This position offers a 1st shift Monday- Friday schedule
Requirements:
  • 5 years CNC Machinist Experience Required to include programming
  • Ability to run manual lathes and mills
  • Knowledge of tooling and measuring instruments
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise shop personnel and production flow
  • Adjust schedules to meet deadlines
  • Maintain safety and organization
  • Set up/program Mazak CNC lathes; support tooling and fixtures
  • Perform quality checks using precision tools
  • Troubleshoot issues and minimize downtime
  • Manage materials and inventory
