Machine Setup Technician
Location: Cleveland, OH
Pay: $19-$21/hr
Shift: 1st & 2nd Shift Available
Hire Sync is hiring Machine Setup Technicians for a growing manufacturing facility in Cleveland. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with machine setup experience who are looking to expand their skills and build a long-term career in manufacturing.
The company is willing to train qualified candidates on specialized equipment including press machines, coiling machines, four-slide machines, and multi-slide machines. All new hires will complete training on 1st shift before transitioning to their assigned 2nd shift schedule.
What You'll Do
- Set up and adjust manufacturing equipment for production runs
- Perform machine changeovers and tooling adjustments
- Monitor equipment performance and make necessary setup corrections
- Verify product quality and dimensional specifications
- Read work orders, setup instructions, and production documents
- Use measuring tools to ensure products meet specifications
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and support production efficiency
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing standards
What We're Looking For
- Previous machine setup experience required
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to use measuring devices and inspection tools
- Experience with machine changeovers and adjustments
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and production specifications
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and positive work ethic
