For our location in Wilson (NC) we are looking for a Machine Setter.
Your Responsibilities
Set up and retool head spraying systems and extruders.
Commission plants and ensure smooth operation.
Monitor product quality and maintain high standards.
Eliminate malfunctions and troubleshoot technical issues.
Perform in-process controls to ensure production efficiency.
Your Profile
Proven experience in injection molding.
Willingness to work shift schedules.
Strong sense of quality awareness and initiative.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
