Location: Lebanon, TN

Pay Rate: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

  • Machine operation or machine setup experience preferred
  • Technology-minded with an interest in automation
  • Experience working with Mesh Machine and Versa equipment is a plus
  • Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
  • Resume required for interview consideration

Job Duties

  • Set up and operate manufacturing equipment
  • Monitor machines to ensure quality production
  • Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting
  • Follow production specifications and work instructions
  • Support continuous improvement and automation processes
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Complete quality checks and documentation as required

Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
