What You'll Do
In this role, you'll play a critical part in setting up and operating a variety of machines to produce high-quality parts that meet exact specifications. Your day-to-day will include:
- Setting up and adjusting machines to meet tight tolerances and finish requirements
- Identifying materials and preparing machines for production runs
- Loading raw materials and ensuring proper machine configuration
- Troubleshooting setup, tooling, and production issues to minimize downtime
- Operating multiple machines simultaneously with efficiency and precision
- Inspecting parts regularly to ensure quality and accuracy
- Following blueprints, work instructions (VA's), and technical specifications

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions
- Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements
This is an active, hands-on role that includes:
- Lifting up to 50 lbs regularly (and moving heavier items with assistance)
- Standing, walking, bending, reaching, and performing repetitive tasks
- Using both fine and gross motor skills
- Maintaining focus and accuracy in a production environment
