    What You'll Do

    In this role, you'll play a critical part in setting up and operating a variety of machines to produce high-quality parts that meet exact specifications. Your day-to-day will include:

    • Setting up and adjusting machines to meet tight tolerances and finish requirements
    • Identifying materials and preparing machines for production runs
    • Loading raw materials and ensuring proper machine configuration
    • Troubleshooting setup, tooling, and production issues to minimize downtime
    • Operating multiple machines simultaneously with efficiency and precision
    • Inspecting parts regularly to ensure quality and accuracy
    • Following blueprints, work instructions (VA's), and technical specifications

    What We're Looking For

    • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions
    • Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work
    • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
    • Dependability, with consistent attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed

    Physical Requirements

    This is an active, hands-on role that includes:

    • Lifting up to 50 lbs regularly (and moving heavier items with assistance)
    • Standing, walking, bending, reaching, and performing repetitive tasks
    • Using both fine and gross motor skills
    • Maintaining focus and accuracy in a production environment

    Work Environment
