Volt is immediately hiring Manufacturing Associates, Machine Operators, Production Operators, and Production Assistants in Vista, CA.

Join a growing manufacturing team where you can work in a variety of production areas including machine operation, polishing, painting, quality inspection, and bead blasting. Multiple shifts are available depending on department needs.

As a Manufacturing Associate, you will:

• Inspect parts for quality, appearance, and defects
• Follow quality control procedures and report any issues
• Prepare parts for production through cleaning, masking, taping, and staging
• Paint, polish, finish, and process parts according to work instructions
• Operate production equipment and manufacturing machinery safely
• Load and unload parts from machines using pneumatic tools and other equipment
• Perform bead blasting and other finishing processes
• Use measuring tools, T-wrenches, hand tools, and Dremel tools as needed
• Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process
• Record production and inspection data accurately
• Maintain production standards while following all safety procedures

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, machine operation, or a related environment preferred
• Ability to use hand tools, pneumatic tools, measuring devices, and production equipment
• Experience with quality inspections and identifying defects
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
• Basic documentation and record-keeping skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

Pay: $18/hr - $19hr DOE

Location: Vista, CA

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
