Our client located in the Greenfield, MA area is looking for
Machine Operators to join their team!
Your qualifications for the Machine Operator position are as follows:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1+ year previous manufacturing experience
- Extrusion experience is a plus
- Good math skills
- Ability to use adjustable measuring instruments
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to remain focused on repetitive tasks in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work hours as needed to meet business requirements
- Ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift

- $19-$23+/hour depending on experience plus $2/hour shift differential for 2nd and $3/hour shift differential for 3rd

For the Machine Operator position your duties will include:
- Set up and operate machinery following orders and instructions
- Make adjustments as necessary
- Measure and inspect results
- Record data in system as needed
- Weigh/record scrap as required
- Report all quality and equipment issues to supervisor
- Ensure workspace is safe, clean, and compliant
- Other related duties as needed
