Machine Operators Needed!

NOW HIRING – ENTRY-LEVEL CNC & DIE CASTING OPERATORS

Location: Twinsburg, OH
No Experience Required – Willing to Train!

Looking to get into manufacturing and learn a new skill? We are currently hiring Entry-Level CNC Machine Operators and Die Casting Operators for a growing manufacturing company in Twinsburg, OH.

Previous CNC or die casting experience is not required. We are looking for dependable candidates who are willing to learn, work safely, and become part of a manufacturing team.

Pay

1st Shift: $16.00/hour
2nd Shift: $17.00/hour
3rd Shift: $17.00/hour

Shift Times

1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

CNC Machine Operator

Entry-level CNC operators will be trained to operate production machinery used to manufacture quality metal components.

Responsibilities may include:

• Loading and unloading parts into CNC machines
• Operating machines according to work instructions
• Checking finished parts for quality
• Using basic measuring or inspection tools
• Removing excess material from finished parts
• Keeping the work area clean and organized
• Following all safety and production procedures

Die Casting Operator

Entry-level Die Casting Operators will be trained to operate equipment used in the production of metal castings.

Responsibilities may include:

• Operating die casting machinery
• Loading and removing parts
• Trimming, inspecting, and handling finished castings
• Checking parts for defects and quality concerns
• Working around manufacturing equipment and hot materials
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area
• Following production and safety procedures

What We're Looking For

• No previous CNC or die casting experience required
• Willingness to learn—we will train!
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to stand throughout the shift
• Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions
• Ready to start working and build manufacturing experience
