$17–$20 per hour, bonus opportunities, and training for candidates with strong mechanical aptitude.
Previous machine operation experience is preferred, but motivated candidates with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Pay & Overtime
- $17.00–$20.00 per hour, based on position, shift, and experience
- Monthly attendance bonus
- $500 temp-to-hire conversion bonus
- $250 retention bonus for eligible full-time employees
- Production bonus: $1.00/hour for every 1% efficiency above 95%
- Overtime available as needed
Bonuses are subject to applicable eligibility and performance requirements.
Work Schedule
Full-Time | 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule- Day Shift: 5:45 AM – 6:00 PM
- Night Shift: 5:30 PM – 6:15 AM
- Approximately 12-hour shifts
- Rotating workdays with scheduled days off
What You'll Do
- Operate and monitor slitting production machinery.
- Load, unload, stage, and transfer production materials.
- Make minor machine adjustments and assist with troubleshooting.
- Inspect finished materials for quality.
- Complete production records accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
- Ability to stand throughout a 12-hour shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screen and background check
