Production Mixers, Machine Operators, and Packers

Alliance Industrial Solutions is urgently hiring Production Mixers, Machine Operators, and Packers in Solon, OH. These are full-time opportunities with weekly pay, steady schedules, and immediate openings on1st, 2nd and 3rd shift.


Pay: $16.00–$18.50 per hour (Weekly Pay)
Location: Solon, OH
Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: In person
Shifts Available:

  • 1st Shift: 7:00AM–3:30PM, Monday–Friday

  • 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM–12:00 AM, Monday–Friday

  • 3rd Shift: 12:00 AM–7:00 AM, Tuesday–Friday & 12:00 AM–9:45 AM Saturday

  • Overtime available based on production needs

Open Roles & Daily Duties

  • Machine Operators: Set up, operate, and monitor packaging and production machinery, perform basic changeovers, clear jams, and maintain production speed.

  • Production Mixers: Measure, weigh, blend, and stage food-grade ingredients according to batch sheets; operate forklifts/tow motors to move materials.

  • Packers: Inspect, package, box, and label finished snack products; conduct quality checks on seals, weights, and date codes.

  • General Facility Duties: Maintain sanitation standards, adhere to GMP/PPE guidelines, and lift up to 50 lbs as required.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Machine Operator: Minimum 6 months of machine operation experience in a manufacturing or packaging setting.

  • Production Mixer: Previous forklift or tow motor experience required; batch mixing/food manufacturing experience preferred.

  • Packer: Entry-level candidates welcome; prior warehouse or production experience is a plus.

  • General: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

  • Basic math, reading, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
