Job Description

We are seeking entry-level through highly skilled Machine Operators for a long-term opportunity with a premier aerospace manufacturer. Candidates should possess strong mechanical aptitude, be coachable, and have a genuine desire to build a long-term career in precision manufacturing.

Source candidates with experience operating or setting up:

Tsugami

Citizen Swiss

Nomura Noki

Swiss CNC Machines

Tsunami Equipment

CNC Lathes

Precision machining equipment:

Minimum Qualifications

Basic understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)

Experience using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.)

Strong attention to detail and quality

Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and learn

Manufacturing experience preferred; aerospace experience is a plus but not required

Machines & technologies you'll use:

• CNC Lathe (2-4 axis)
• CNC Swiss Lathe (Citizen, Tsugami, Nomura)
• CNC Lathe (5+ axis)
