Machine Operators -Entry-Level 58 hours a week, Paid Weekly
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team in Salem, Ohio, in an entry-level role that offers a great starting point for those beginning their careers. No experience is required just a willingness to learn and work hard.
Hours: 1st shift, 6:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday, with every other Saturday 6:00am - 2:00pm. Overtime is expected as needed.
Pay: $12.50 per hour/$18 per hour overtime
Key Responsibilities:
Operate press machines and assist with setup and adjustments
Check part quality throughout production
Perform in-process inspections using measuring tools
Troubleshoot minor machine issues and make adjustments
Follow work orders, blueprints, and production schedules accurately
Minimum Requirements:
Ability to operate press machines and use measuring tools (calipers, gauges, micrometers)
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Good attention to detail and quality standards
Nice to Have Skills:
Basic blueprint reading skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
No specific experience required; attitude and reliability are key
