Machine Operators All Shifts Will Train

Essential Duties

• Operate various production machines. We will train how to set-up and troubleshoot each, including: grinders, beltsanders, presses, and basic CNC machines, etc.  
• Load and unload high volumes of metal parts efficiently.  Move parts bins on and off pallets.
• Visually inspect parts and learn to use basic inspection tools. 
• Read and follow verbal and written instructions to identify and produce work. 
• Accurately record production into work center.
• Participate in continual improvement teams and activities.
• Comply with all safety requirements including but not limited to good housekeeping.
• Very reliable and punctual work attendance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent plus hands-on mechanical aptitude and skills. 
• Manufacturing experience ideal but any mechanical related experience with basic math skills may qualify. (Experience working on cars is very applicable)
• Must understand, speak and write basic English; bilingual Spanish ideal.

• Self-motivation to achieve excellent productivity at $19-$23 hourly plus bonus potential and annual pay increases.  2nd Shift differential is 10% of base hour rate equating to the maximum hiring rate.
