MACHINE OPERATORS – 2nd shift & 3rd SHIFT – ODESSA We are currently seeking skilled and dedicated Machine Operators for our manufacturing team in Odessa. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines in our production facility. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities:- Operate and monitor assigned machines in a safe and efficient manner.
- Set up machines and ensure they are properly calibrated for production.
- Load raw materials into machines and perform necessary adjustments as required.
- Monitor machine operations, making necessary adjustments to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues that may arise during production.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
- Maintain accurate production records and report any issues or concerns to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:- Calipers & Micrometers: 1 year (Preferred)
- Machine Operator: 1 year (Preferred)
- The ability to adapt and learn new processes and skills
- Identifying, using, and maintaining all tools and measuring instruments.
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Walk, stand, bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 35lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Able to pass background and drug screenings
