We are looking for dependable Machine Operators / Visual Inspection Packers to join a fast-paced manufacturing team on 3rd shift. This position involves operating production equipment, inspecting finished products for quality, and packing materials for shipment.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery
- Load materials and keep machines supplied during production
- Perform visual inspections of finished products for defects
- Remove damaged or defective products from the production line
- Pack, label, and prepare finished products for shipment
- Complete basic production and quality documentation
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
- Meet daily production and quality goals
