Description: Machine Operator Plastics Manufacturing Location: West Chicago, IL Shifts: 3rd Shift: 10:45 PM 7:15 AM $20.50/hr Position Overview: The Machine Operator will work in a plastics manufacturing environment, operating production equipment and monitoring the manufacturing process to ensure products are produced safely and according to quality standards. Responsibilities: Operate and monitor production machinery. Load and unload materials as needed. Inspect products for quality and defects. Make basic adjustments to equipment as trained. Follow production, safety, and quality procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Meet production goals and maintain consistent attendance. Work as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Requirements: Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is preferred, but NOT required. Willingness to learn and be trained on production equipment. Dependable and hardworking. Reliable transportation. Must be willing to work 5 days per week. Must be available to work at least 2 Saturdays per month for mandatory overtime. Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
