    Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Machine Operator role in Vancouver, WA. Our client is a well-established industry leader known for innovation and a commitment to delivering the highest quality products.     Key Responsibilities:

    · Operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing machinery to ensure safe and efficient production operations.
    · Set up machines, adjust controls, and troubleshoot minor equipment issues during production runs.
    · Inspect finished products and materials to ensure quality standards and production specifications are met.
    · Follow all workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized production environment.
    · Load raw materials into machinery and move finished products to designated storage or shipping areas.
    · Monitor machine performance and report malfunctions or maintenance needs to supervisors or maintenance staff.
    · Accurately complete production records, quality documentation, and shift reports.
    · Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
    · Assist with routine equipment cleaning, preventive maintenance, and operational changeovers.
    · Maintain adherence to company policies, safety standards, and production procedures at all times.

     

    Qualifications:

    · High school diploma or equivalent required; previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.
    · Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced production environment.
    · Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn and operate manufacturing equipment safely.
    · Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
    · Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    · Flexibility to work varying shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
    · Forklift certification or experience is a plus, but not required.
