- CNC Lathes
- Vertical & Horizontal Machining Centers
- Manual Mills & Lathes
- Surface Grinders
- Cylindrical Grinders
- Press Brakes
- Shears
- Drill Presses
- Band Saws
- Plasma Cutting Machines
- Oxy-Fuel Cutting Equipment
- Laser Cutting Machines
- Punch Presses
- Roll Forming Equipment
- Robotic Manufacturing Equipment
- General Production Machinery
Job Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
- Set up and operate machines according to work instructions (experience dependent)
- Read blueprints, drawings, work orders, and production schedules
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and gauges
- Load and unload materials into machines
- Perform routine machine adjustments and minor troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate production records
- Keep work areas clean and organized using 5S principles
- Follow OSHA regulations and all company safety policies
- Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- Previous machine operating experience preferred
- Manufacturing or industrial experience required
- Ability to read measuring tools and perform basic math
- Blueprint reading is a plus
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Overtime may be required depending on production needs
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach throughout the shift
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
- Comfortable working around industrial machinery

- Steel-toe boots
- Safety glasses
- Hearing protection
- Gloves (as required)
- Long pants
- T-shirt or appropriate work shirt
