Location: Lexington, NC
Schedule: Full-Time
Shift: Rotating 12-Hour Shifts Day and Night

Now Hiring: Machine Operator Trainees

Are you looking to enter the manufacturing industry and learn valuable machine operation skills?

We are seeking motivated individuals who are dependable, eager to learn, and interested in building a long-term career in manufacturing. No advanced machine operation experience is required. Successful candidates will receive hands-on training while learning to operate production equipment safely and efficiently.

This position offers an excellent pathway into manufacturing, production, and machine operation careers.

Job Responsibilities
  • Learn and operate various production machines according to established work instructions
  • Produce quality products that meet company specifications and standards
  • Monitor machine performance to ensure efficient operation
  • Assist with machine setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting
  • Maintain production goals and productivity expectations
  • Perform routine quality inspections on finished products
  • Record production information accurately using company documentation procedures
  • Document daily activities, equipment issues, and production events in logbooks
  • Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) when completing records
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area using 5S principles
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Assist with additional production and manufacturing tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Required
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to read, write, and understand work instructions
  • Basic math and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn new processes and equipment
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
