Machine Operator

FieldBridge is looking for a Machine Operator in Sugar Land, TX to work for the world's largest oilfield services company. We offer weekly pay + benefits.

Pay is $21.50/hour | Monday–Friday, 2nd Shift (2:00 PM–10:00 PM), weekends as needed | Weekly pay every Friday | OT opportunities available | At $21.50/hr and 50 hrs/week, earn weekly paychecks of $1,182.50 gross.

Important Notes: High School Diploma/GED required. Proficiency with SAP and general computer systems needed. No travel required. Candidates must have hands-on SMT experience — general assembly background alone will not meet requirements.

Position Overview
FieldBridge is hiring an SMT Machine Operator to support a manufacturing client in Sugar Land, TX. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining screen printers, pick-and-place machines, and reflow ovens to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable production. The ideal candidate has hands-on electronics assembly experience and a strong understanding of quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in pre-job and toolbox meetings with crew members
• Operate SMT equipment (screen printers, pick-and-place, reflow ovens) according to procedures and job requirements
• Maintain equipment per procedures, reporting problems or deviations
• Assemble and solder printed circuit boards, reading design drawings as needed
• Apply Manufacturing System principles and tools to drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Hands-on experience with SMT machine operation, pick-and-place machines, and reflow ovens
• Experience with assembly/soldering of PCBs and electronic component identification
• Understanding of quality standards
• Proficiency with computers and SAP
• Ability to work weekends as needed
• English language proficiency
