About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our client's team in the manufacturing sector. In this role, you will contribute to providing safe, efficient, and reliable product and service delivery to customers, ensuring equipment is delivered on time, and maintaining shop and field equipment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in pre-job and Toolbox meetings with crew members.
• Plan and execute maintenance activities for a designated location.
• Maintain equipment according to procedures, reporting problems or deviations.
• Operate equipment according to procedures, competency levels, and job requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve the service delivery process.
• Participate in failure investigations when relevant.
• Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Electronic component identification
• Hands-on knowledge of screen printers
• Pick-and-place machines usage
• Reflow ovens usage
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience
• High School Diploma/GED
• English language competency
• Proficiency in Computer, SAP

Weekend work required as needed. Second Shift, M-F 2nd Shift (02:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.)
