Moulder Operator / Machine Operator
Location: Stokesdale NC 27357
Duration: 5+ months (Possible extension )
Pay rate range: $18 –$20.60 /hr on w2 (All inclusive)
Work Schedule: 3: 00PM –1: 30AM Monday-Thursday;OT as needed

The primary purpose of the Moulder Operator (Trainee) is to learn all aspects of the Moulders, including safety, of oneself and crew to OSHA and Endura standards;quality per spec and production, and effectively execute customer specifications.

Always wear proper PPE (eye and ear protection) and follow LOTO procedures.
Ensure all employees follow safety rules and keep work areas clear (aisles, doors, panels, extinguishers).
Maintain machines in safe working condition;use guards and proper handling techniques.
Handle tooling safely using cut-resistant gloves;follow transport limits.
Train team on safety, quality standards, and proper work practices.
Monitor production efficiency, reduce waste, and understand materials and profiles.
Keep work area clean and organized.
Must achieve LOTO certification
Assist with machine setup, tooling changes, startup/shutdown, and kerf saw setup.
Support preventive maintenance (PM) and be available for required overtime if needed.
Ensure smooth shift transitions and keep machines running efficiently.

Preferably one year experience in a manufacturing setting
Experience with

Training and coaching others
Operating a saw and other hand tools
Lockout/Tagout procedures

There are some essential physical requirements specific to our work environment, including being able to:

Lift 35lbs
Stand for 10 hours straight
Climb and descend stairs/ladder as needed for the role
Do repetitive movements (hand, arm, leg;bending and twisting at the waist;bending at the knee;squatting;lift, push and pull 35-pounds)
Withstand exposure to temperature extremes;sounds or noise levels that may be uncomfortable
Be exposed to wood dust and aluminum with no factors or hazards present to a disagreeable extent
