    Machine Operator
    Location:
    Pay Rate: $18 to $19 per year

    Position Overview
    We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated Machine Operator to join a dynamic and growing production team. This is a full-time opportunity designed for individuals who take pride in their work, value precision, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.     Key Responsibilities
    • Operate and monitor assigned production machinery and equipment in a safe, efficient, and effective manner throughout each shift
    • Perform routine startup, shutdown, and changeover procedures according to established standard operating procedures
    • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet defined quality specifications and report any defects or inconsistencies to the appropriate supervisor
    • Conduct basic preventive maintenance tasks and promptly communicate equipment malfunctions to the maintenance department
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation at all times in compliance with workplace safety regulations
    • Accurately complete all required production logs, checklists, and documentation in a timely manner
    • Collaborate closely with team members, supervisors, and other departments to meet daily and weekly production targets
    • Follow all safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment at all times
    • Participate actively in team meetings, safety briefings, and continuous improvement initiatives

    Requirements
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Minimum of six months of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environment preferred
    • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify quality issues quickly and accurately
    • Demonstrated ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions and standard operating procedures
    • Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with industrial equipment and tools
    • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout an entire shift
    • Reliable attendance record and strong commitment to punctuality and consistency
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as a cooperative member of a production team
    • Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, or weekends as required by production scheduling needs

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience in a related field is preferred
