We are seeking dependable Machine Operators to support production for a company serving the retail and food-service industry, offering items such as ready-to-eat greens, pasta salads, dips, quiches, veggie trays, and fruit trays. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a cold-controlled environment, and comfort operating machinery and performing general warehouse tasks.
Shifts Available:
- 6:00 AM start time — Sunday & Wednesday off
- 7:15 AM start time — Sunday & Wednesday off

Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Inspect products for accuracy, consistency, and defects
- Assist with setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting
- Cold Environment Work — Perform duties in a temperature-controlled facility
- Accurately pick, scan, and stage materials as needed
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
Job Requirements
- Ability to work in a cold-controlled environment
- Minimum of one year of warehouse or production experience
- Experience operating machinery or equipment preferred
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to read and write in English
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow safety procedures
- Flexible to work additional hours as needed.
