Pay Rate & Schedule
$19.26/hour + 20% shift differential ($23.11/hr effective) | Thursday–Saturday, 4 PM–4:30 AM, plus 1 mandatory Sunday per month | Weekly pay every Friday | OT available

The Machine Operator plays a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable delivery of precision-manufactured products by performing inspections, tests, and equipment checks to strict quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect parts, components, and equipment against specifications using calibrated measurement systems
• Perform manufacturing and engineering tests according to established procedures
• Assist in designing and setting up tests and fixtures
• Perform calibration of measurement systems when authorized
• Document inspection and test results, verifying consistency and accuracy over time

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or relevant experience
• Must be able to legally work and reside in the US without sponsorship
• Ability to read and follow standardized work instructions and engineering drawings
• Basic math and computational skills
• Ability to use measuring devices for small parts
• Ability to set up, operate, and perform simple maintenance on equipment with assistance
• Must pass a background and medical check per federal guidelines
