Our Client, a leader in polyurethane foam manufacturing, is seeking experienced Machine Operators for the Pourline Department. These are full-time, direct hire positions, meaning you are hired directly by the company from day one and are not working through a temporary staffing agency.

Our Client, a leader in polyurethane foam manufacturing, is seeking experienced Machine Operators for the Pourline Department. These are full-time, direct hire positions, meaning you are hired directly by the company from day one and are not working through a temporary staffing agency.
In this role, you will operate and monitor foam production equipment, ensure product quality, record production data, and support a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor polyurethane foam production lines
- Set up, start, and shut down production equipment
- Inspect products for quality and identify production defects
- Measure finished products and record production data
- Generate product labels and maintain accurate documentation
- Enter production information into computer systems
- Operate a forklift to move materials and scrap foam (training available)
- Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Cross-train on additional equipment and manufacturing processes
- Machine operation experience required
- Manufacturing experience required
- Chemical manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read measurements and use a tape measure accurately
- Basic math, computer, and data-entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to troubleshoot production issues and follow detailed procedures
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable work history and strong attendance record
- Forklift experience preferred or willingness to complete training
- Must pass a pre-employment math assessment
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and around production equipment
- Willingness to learn multiple production processes and machines
