Operate, monitor, and adjust production machinery to maintain efficient operations.
Load raw materials into machines and assist with daily production processes.
Perform equipment inspections and report mechanical or operational issues.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and production standards.
Complete basic production documentation and maintain accurate records.
Keep equipment and work areas clean while following established safety procedures.
Language Requirement: Bilingual English/Spanish or Spanish-speaking.
High school diploma or GED.
Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred.
Basic mechanical knowledge and math skills.
Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 40 lbs.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks.
Ability to follow production instructions and complete basic documentation.
