TPI Staffing Service is seeking dependable Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility in Blackwell, OK. This position offers a unique 7 days on, 7 days off schedule, giving employees a full week off every other week.
Available Shifts:
- 1st Shift: 6:45 AM-7:00 PM | $15.00/hr
- 2nd Shift: 6:45 PM-7:00 AM | $17.00/hr
Job Duties
- Operate production machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Inspect outgoing materials to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals.
- Attend daily shift meetings to review progress and receive feedback.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and actively participate in safety programs.
- Cross-train and learn to operate multiple machines.
- Perform other production-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 1 year of heavy industrial or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and commitment to safe work practices.
- Ability to stand and remain physically active for up to 12 hours per shift.
- Ability to frequently walk, climb stairs, reach, and work around production equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled industrial environment and around the elements.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be willing and able to work the full 7-on/7-off schedule.
