Achieve More with VoltVolt is hiring 1st Shift Machine Operators for a leading tile manufacturing facility in Phoenix AZ.As a Machine Operator you will Operate and monitor production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Inspect ceramic tile products to ensure quality standards are met Sort finished tile and support production flow on the dry side of the operation Operate strapping machines to securely package and prepare pallets for shipment Perform quality inspections and packaging duties at the kiln exit station Monitor and treat process water by following established procedures including pH testing and documentation Maintain accurate production and process logs as required Clean and maintain work areas machinery and equipment daily Report equipment malfunctions safety concerns or quality issues to supervisors and lead personnel Follow all company safety policies procedures and manufacturing standards Perform other duties as assigned to support plant operationsSchedule Monday-Friday | 445 AM - 230 PMThis is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity.The ideal candidate will have Ability to read understand and follow simple written and verbal instructions 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing production machine operation or tile manufacturing experience Forklift experience preferred Basic math skills including addition subtraction multiplication and division Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to lift move and transport materials weighing up to 50 pounds Reliable attendance and flexibility to support production requirements Commitment to maintaining a clean safe and organized work environmentPay Rate 18.00 per hourPay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidates education work experience work location specific job duties certifications etc.Qualified candidates shouldAPPLY NOWfor immediate consideration Please hit APPLY to provide the required information and we will be back in touch as soon as possible.Benefits Volt offers benefits based on eligibility that include the following health dental vision term life short term disability AD&D 401k Sick time and other types of paid leaves as required by law Employee Assistance Program EAP.Voltis an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits any kind of unlawful discrimination and harassment.
