Machine Operator
Located in Pepin , WI

Job Full Description
Are you someone who enjoys working with your hands, staying busy, and seeing the results of your work at the end of the day? We're looking for a Machine Operator to join a manufacturing team in Pepin, WI! In this role, you'll operate production equipment, keep products moving through the manufacturing process, perform quality checks, and help create high-quality metal components. If you have a strong work ethic, enjoy problem-solving, and like working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are exactly the same, this could be a great fit for you!### Schedule
- Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay
- $16-$18/hr.
- Weekly paychecks every Friday
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery and equipment
- Load raw materials and remove finished products from machines
- Perform routine quality inspections and measurements
- Read work orders and follow production specifications
- Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain quality standards
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report maintenance concerns
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Meet daily production goals while following safety procedures
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read measurements and production documents
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift, stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
