Our Client is seeking a Peeling Department Servicer 2nd Shift to support automotive manufacturing operations. This is a full-time, direct hire position, meaning you will be hired directly by the company from day one and will not work through a temporary staffing agency.
This role supports production operations by assisting machine operators, handling materials, packaging finished products, maintaining inventory, and ensuring products meet quality and safety standards.

Our Client is seeking a Peeling Department Servicer 2nd Shift to support automotive manufacturing operations. This is a full-time, direct hire position, meaning you will be hired directly by the company from day one and will not work through a temporary staffing agency.
This role supports production operations by assisting machine operators, handling materials, packaging finished products, maintaining inventory, and ensuring products meet quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily production activities within the Peeling Department
- Assist Peeler Operators in meeting production goals and maintaining workflow
- Label, package, inspect, and store finished products
- Move finished goods to shipping and storage areas
- Load scrap foam onto conveyors and support recycling processes
- Maintain production and inventory records using computer systems
- Follow all safety, quality, and work procedures
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Cross-train and operate additional equipment, including Hole Borer and Deskinner machines
- Support team members and departments as needed to maintain production flow
- Machine operation experience required
- Manufacturing experience required
- Chemical manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read a tape measure and follow detailed work instructions
- Basic math, computer, and data-entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to perform physical material-handling duties
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable work history and dependable attendance
- Ability to work 2nd shift and meet production schedules
- Must pass a pre-employment math assessment
- Ability to lift, move, and transport materials throughout the production process
- Willingness to learn and operate multiple pieces of production equipment
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
