Autoclave Operator (Boarding Department)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Operate steam boarding equipment to meet production and quality standards.
Follow all operating procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines.
Load, unload, and position garments or materials correctly for the boarding process.
Monitor machine performance, temperature, pressure, and cycle settings.
Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
Report equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, and safety hazards to supervision.
Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of boarding equipment.
Maintain accurate production and quality records.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with housekeeping standards.
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production goals.
Adhere to all company policies, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements.
Qualifications
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed.
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in a warehouse environment throughout the shift.
Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Finger dexterity and hand coordination required.
Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, ability to adjust or focus.
Tolerance for heat
Background check and drug test required
