What You'll Do


As a Conformal Coating Machine Operator, you'll be responsible for applying protective coatings to printed circuit boards (PCBs) that help ensure electronic products perform reliably in demanding environments.


Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:


+ Operating conformal coating equipment and related production machinery.

+ Preparing circuit boards by cleaning surfaces to ensure proper coating adhesion.

+ Masking sensitive components before the coating process.

+ Applying protective coatings using automated equipment, spray systems, dispensing methods, or dip processes.

+ Monitoring coating quality and making adjustments as needed.

+ Curing coated boards according to established manufacturing procedures.

+ Inspecting finished products under UV lighting to verify proper coverage and identify defects.

+ Following production documentation, work instructions, and quality standards.

+ Supporting SMT and other electronic manufacturing operations when required.

+ Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Required Qualifications


+ Experience operating machinery or production equipment in a manufacturing environment.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

+ Ability to work with small components and perform detailed inspections.

+ Comfortable following written work instructions and standardized procedures.

+ Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced production setting.


Preferred Qualifications


+ Experience with conformal coating processes.

+ Electronics manufacturing or PCB assembly experience.

+ Familiarity with SMT equipment and electronic assembly processes.

+ Experience using spray equipment, paint systems, or coating applications.

+ Knowledge of inspection techniques and quality control processes.

This is a Contract position based out of Denver, CO.


Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.


Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
