Essential Personnel in Omaha is seeking an enthusiastic candidate to fill a Machine Operator position. The ideal Machine Operator candidate would be a fast-learner who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Clean, quiet environment and great benefits!
Requirements for Machine Operator:
Knowledge of machinery
Manufacturing experience
Effectively Monitoring finished product
Competent computer knowledge
Basic to intermediate math skills
Maintain safe and clean work space
Responsibilities for Machine Operator:
Operate Rotoflex finishing rewind equipment in a manufacturing environment
Set up and adjust machinery according to job specifications
Inspect printed materials to ensure finished products are defect-free and meet quality standards
Rewind large press rolls into smaller rolls based on customer requirements
Prepare completed orders for final quality control inspection
Monitor equipment performance and identify issues as they arise
Assist with production, packaging, and other departmental duties as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all established safety rules and regulations
Perform additional duties and projects as assigned
